Can you guarantee funding or publication?
No one can. We improve your odds and tell you honestly when something isn’t worth your effort.

How do your fees work?
Fixed fees, agreed before we begin. Retainers are paid monthly, with no long-term contract.

Do retainers have discounts?
Yes. Book a term (4 months) and save 5%, or a full year and save 10%.

Can you really deliver in 48 hours?
Yes, with Prestigious Publication Support, weekends included. Places are limited.

What counts as a revision round?
One set of comments from all co-authors, sent together. Extra rounds cost €350.
​
Will you write my thesis for me?
No. We coach and edit; your thesis stays your own work.
​
Can proposal costs be paid from the grant?
Usually not, as they arise before the project starts. Support during the project often can be budgeted.

Is my information confidential?
Yes. Our team works under written confidentiality agreements, and we’re happy to sign an NDA.

Which languages do you work in?
Mainly English and German. Our team also works in Portuguese and French.

In Portugal, working remotely with clients worldwide.
